I graduated with my Masters in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialty and Doctorate in Nursing (DNP) degrees from Duke University, ranked the best graduate nursing program in the country for the last 5 years. I provide evidence-based care to help people achieve their goals through a holistic approach that considers each person's unique needs.
I'm passionate about integrating psychotherapy into medication management appointments, policy improvement in healthcare, and implementing innovative metabolic and nutritional interventions for mental health conditions. I provide an inclusive and welcoming space where you deserve my very best efforts.
While my main role is medication management, I incorporate psychotherapy into almost all appointments. Evidence reflects utilizing therapy alongside medication is often the best path toward healing and recovery.
